This makes me very happy. The cars, the lights, the people, the sky, the clouds, the music, everything. Just happy.

beautiful work!

kudos to the creative team. This is absolutely gorgeous! But it kills me to see that typo in the credits at the end ("peice" vs. "piece").

That was a lovely film to behold but the end credit with that glaring misspelling jumped out and bitch slapped me.

Good work, tho, Ollie. Let's see more.

sorry bout the typo, i put the wrong version on youtube, and have been to busy then to lazy to change it, but after all the comment on various places i see my vid i will be changing it asap :)

most of this was shot in plymouth, england, the surrounding dartmoor, and the last shot is in south east england, and the planes would be circling over gatwick airport.

thanks for looking.

...what equipment are you using? Besides the 20d, of course. That is phenomenal and gets my creative juices flowing.

inspiring!

i love it, i used to be a south west boy too (Truro) so if this is the only way i get to see the coast then i can live with that.

Would love to know how you did it

im using an off the shelf video pan and tilt head, along with an kit built intervalometer to control the camera exposure, and the tiny movements of the panning head.

at the mo im working on gaining more control, and fuildity with the shots, will keep my work posted.

I'm interested in what software you used to create the movie. any chance it's as simple as iMovie (HD)? :)

quicktime pro was used to stitch the images together and fcp for editing, although there is not editing done that you could'nt do with imovie
